Introduction to Project Management Principles

This 2.5-hour workshop will introduce basic project management tools, common PM business language, and include a hands-on Excel exercise to create a project schedule. Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to understand foundational concepts and solutions that support the planning and executing of successful projects, small or large.
