Join this workshop in order to:

Avdeep Bahra is an occupational therapist that helps her clients manage stress, anxiety, pain and other problems that are affecting daily function and overall health. She enables clients to make positive shifts in life using approaches including mindfulness, meridian therapies and neuro-linguistic programming.
