Introduction to Kundalini Yoga

The unique practice of Kundalini Yoga focuses on awakening the kundalini energy through meditation, mantra and yoga asana.

Also known as the yoga of awareness this relaxing practice focuses on the breath and the body allowing the Kundalini energy to flow through the energy centres freely.

In only one and a half hours, Laura will take you through a full introduction of the mantra, stretches, yoga poses and meditation. This is a semi private class with a maximum capacity of 8 people.
