Intro to Mindfulness, Tai Chi & Qigong Workshop
Join instructors Tony Bahia and Corin De Sousa for a 90-minute wellness workshop that will teach you how to strengthen both your mind and body. Learn the basics of mindfulness, tai chi, and qigong in a safe and welcoming environment. This workshop includes a mindful activity, qigong exercise, guided meditation, tai chi exercise, discussion, and worksheet. All ages and skill levels welcome.
