Intro to TRX and GRAVITY - FREE CLASS

TRX uses your body weight on a suspension system to increase strength, stability and endurance.

GRAVITY use their body weight as resistance against the pull of gravity. A free rolling glide board encourages an unrestricted free flow of multi-plane movement.
