Sramek studied photography at MIT and has taught at OCAD U since 1976. He is Chair of Cross-Disciplinary Art Practices. Represented by the Stephen Bulger Gallery in Toronto, his works are in many collections, notably the Muse Carnavalet Paris, Toronto Archives, Art Gallery of Hamilton, National Library of Canada, the Allan Chasanoff Collection NY and MOMA NY.
