The Hope Gala and Awards Ceremony, celebrating its 21st year, is a cornerstone event for SCAGO. The gala raises essential funds to support initiatives for patients and families affected by sickle cell disease (SCD) and honours individuals who have made significant contributions to SCD awareness, research, and treatment in Canada. Past galas have welcomed over 500 notable guests, including politicians, healthcare professionals, and community leaders.
