School finals and exams are approaching, which make for a busy and stressful time of year! Come join us in learning all about herbs and how to make your own medicinal tinctures to cope with stress and anxiety!

About the Facilitator:

Shabina Lafleur-Gangji is a queer, mixed race woman of colour herbalist. She has been practicing and studying for over 7 years. She is influenced by Western Herbalism, Ayurvedic Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She believes that healing and justice for our communities go hand in hand.
