The Rexdale Community Health Centre has partnered with Solid Rock Christian Assembly for a FREE Community Wellness Day on Saturday, June 6th, 2026 from 11:00 am to 3:pm. Come speak with health professionals and a dietician while having you health questions answered. Get your Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar checked, your eye examined, your CANRISK assessment, or your feet examined along with dietician counselling. No health card is required and the clinic is opened to residents outside of the Rexdale/Etobicoke area. Refreshment will be provided. Walk in Clinic on site and more
