Groovalicious Ceremony is 7 class workshop series every other Sunday starting January 19th 2014 from 12-6pm at Ayurveda Rituals Studio Spa Boutique. This workshop is open to both men and women who are ready to deepen their lives by exploring the world of the chakras.

The chakras are tools that will help you heal and understand yourself at a deeper level of consciousness. Through music and sound yoga and meditation art and playful creative experience each class is unique and will allow you to bring more fulfillment and joy into your everyday life. Join us as we dive into the world of the chakras and watch your life transform by becoming more aware and conscious on how the chakras integrate into our entire being and experience. This workshop is for everyone regardless of any previous knowledge of the chakras.

Tanyas Chakra Workshops are truly amazing. In each class so many secrets around the chakra of the day were revealed to me. Tanya passed the knowledge to students through numerous skillfully prepared activities. Each student actually experiences personally what the chakra of that class is about. I gained deep understanding of many factors that each chakra plays in my life. During the class Tanya facilitated each of us to open up activate and balance the chakras. I also took away valuable insights on what I personally need to work on around my chakras. Tanya also prepared detailed notes with tons of great information and exercises for each chakra. I am very grateful to her for putting together these workshops they were one of the most eye-opening experiences for me.
