Gluten Free Garage
Gluten Free Garage, Toronto’s one-day gluten-free food festival, returns on Sunday, May 31 for its 12th year at Wychwood Barns, transforming the space into a vibrant marketplace where guests can discover and shop from more than 70 curated gluten-free vendors from across Ontario and beyond. From fried beignets and bubble waffles to Jamaican patties, tacos, bagels, pizza and more, the festival invites attendees to experience a food festival with delicious gluten-free food and zero gluten-related worry, showcasing bold, globally inspired flavours and the very best of today’s GF scene.
This year’s not-to-miss food moments include Riz Gluten Free’s pop-up serving bánh mì, ramen and Vietnamese street food, Montreal favourites like soft pretzels from Delicious Without Gluten and Parisian-style pastries from L’Artisan Délices Sans Gluten, and Tru Delite’s signature bubble waffles. Guests can also look forward to a cracker charcuterie experience and a wide range of sweet and savoury festival favourites throughout the day.
The event has become a must-attend for Toronto’s growing gluten-free community, drawing hundreds eager to discover new products, meet makers and experience a world of flavours.
Timed-entry tickets are $16 online, with limited availability at the door, and free entry for kids 15 and under. A community food drive, run by Celiac Canada, will support The Beeton Cupboard and Fort York Food Bank.
