The Gilliam, Milmine, Pottie trio will be performing new music from their October 2017 CD Entangled Pathways, featuring Bill Gilliam on piano, the talented soprano saxophonist Kayla Milmine and drummer Ambrose Pottie. This trio was formed two years ago after meeting and playing with the Toronto Improvisors Orchestra and combines compositions of free-floating melodies, jazz idioms, modal-chromatic tonalities with freely improvised pieces all performed with passion.
