Once upon a time, the key lifecycle stages were honoured in our communities…G Day is bringing this tradition back with a day of celebration and empowerment for girls aged 10-12 and their families!

G Day For Girls is a new global social movement anchored by day-long events that support and unite girls as they transition into adolescence.

G Day For Girls honours this rite of passage by tapping into our collective sense of curiosity, bravery and excitement at the amazing changes taking place. Our goal is to create a space where young girls can come together and explore what makes them unique as individuals as well as what connects them to one another.

G Day Toronto offers a full day of programming for both Girls and their adult Champions including dance, yoga, art, interactive workshops and exciting live performances!
