Our FREE Fitness Classes in St. James Park on the grassy area behind the Michael Comstock Pavillion include 3 weeks of NIA Dance (July 8th, 15th and 22nd), 3 weeks of Yoga/Pilates (July 29th, August 5th and 12th), and 2 weeks of Boot Camp (August 19th and 26th.)
