This art exhibition is about the animals of High Park inhabiting the historic home of Colborne Lodge. Twenty artworks and a narrative rhyming poem serve as an alternative guided tour of the home, telling the story of the Lodge and imagining the wildlife of the park occupying it. This is a free, family friendly event, also featuring an interactive activity where visitors can make their own paper butterfly to add it to the exhibition or take home as a souvenir. The full experience can be seen by guided tour, Wednesdays to Sundays at 12:30pm and 2:30pm from May 18th to the end of June, where a museum guide will perform a dramatic reading of the poem while giving a tour of the home and the artwork. Admission and tours are free.
