The popular English rock band Foghat takes over the Bandshell on the CNEs second Friday. The band has been on the road for more than 40 years and along the way has been honoured with seven Gold Records, one Platinum Fool for the City, 1975 and Double Platinum for the album Foghat Live in 1977 which featured their Top 40 hit song Slow Ride.

The bands many other hits include Drivin Wheel, I Just want to Make Love to You, Stone Blue, Third Time Lucky, and Somebodys Been Sleeping in My Bed.

The Band never sleeps or rests on its history! Their latest single Boogie Train was released last year. They still tour relentlessly because they just love to play, which is evident in the passion and fun they have on-stage during their performances.
