Known for unforgettable meals and warm, welcoming hospitality, Ben brings a fresh, contemporary Canadian approach to cooking that is rooted in seasonality, sustainability, and a genuine love of gathering people around the table. Classically trained in French cuisine, his culinary journey has taken him from a neighbourhood bistro in Mississauga to leading the kitchens at some of Toronto's favourite restaurants, including Bar Prima and La Palma.
For this one-day market experience, Ben has created a produce-led brunch inspired by what's at its peak this season. Built around fresh asparagus and strawberries sourced from the market, the menu celebrates the simple pleasure of exceptional local ingredients prepared with care and enjoyed just steps from where they were grown.
