El Mercado is a weekly market that has been held at The Krate on Sundays through the summer months.

This initiative highlights BIWOC entrepreneurs who want to showcase their businesses, or sell their products or services. Knowing it can be difficult to find affordable and comfortable spaces in Toronto, our hope was to alleviate this stress especially for those in their early stages of business. The initiative has also helped in building stronger partnerships in various industries, and provided an opportunity for these entrepreneurs to grow and thrive in their business journey.
