Free and open to all!

A typical ecstatic dance has 1/2hr warm up, an opening circle, 1.5hr dance journey where our dancing energies are brought up to a peak and brought back down to a meditative state which is then, followed by a closing circle. Only your willingness to dance and play to the music of our planet is necessary.

Dance Leader Michael P! is a multi-talented artist that hails from Scarborough. He followed his heart and his feet in 2006 which led him to street performing, the 5 Rhythmstm, Open Floor, creating Spirit Dance, facilitating both at The Move and Ecstatic Dance. Now, he is bringing ecstatic dance again to the Queen West Art Crawl, October 1-2, 2016!
