La Rumba Buena is a night dedicated to classic Latin sounds inspired by the salsatecas in Cali, Havana, and New York. No frills, pure vibes and a floor open to anyone who catches the rhythm!

La Rumba Buena just means a great party, and "Rumber@s" are people who love to dance. With a stack of vinyl collected over a decade from across the Americas, DJs Blancon and Drumspeak play out the sounds from the Latin Diaspora. Expect to hear Salsa, Boogaloo, Cumbia, Guaguanco, Son, Rumba, Descargas, Mambo, Cha-Cha-Cha, Bomba and Plena from the resident DJs.

Juana Go-gó, straight from the salsatecas of Cali, first fell in love with the engaging patterns of salsa at a young age as a dancer in her hometown of Cali, Colombia. Juana began to develop a distinct appreciation for the music on vinyl, allowing her to explore the vibrant textures and colours the broad spectrum of Latin Jazz induces both on and off the dancefloor.
