Toronto's newest community theatre company, Act 2 Players, opens its inaugural season with Disney's The Little Mermaid — the beloved family musical about Ariel, the curious mermaid princess who dreams of life on land. Featuring "Under the Sea," "Kiss the Girl," and "Part of Your World," this all-ages production brings Ariel, Prince Eric, Ursula, Sebastian, and Flounder to the stage at the historic Alumnae Theatre in Corktown. Five performances over four days including weekend matinees ideal for young audiences — the perfect first-theatre experience for kids, and a nostalgic night out for parents and grandparents. The Saturday and Sunday matinees are Relaxed Performances; the venue is fully accessible. Performed by a volunteer cast of local Toronto theatre artists.
