Creative Circuits

Generative AI / Creative tech networking event with industry speakers, AI exhibits, Q&A sessions, and vibes!

Whether you're crafting interactive experiences, curious how creators are using AI tools in their work, or simply interested in the future of human-machine collaboration, this event is for you.

Hosted at the beautiful ZUI Beer Bar (K-Town), just steps from Christie station.

SCHEDULE

7:00 - Doors open

Grab a drink, settle in, and watch 'Audio Synthesis: Bird Songs', an amazing audiovisual experiment by London-based 3D artist Dan Hoopert, exploring the relationship between motion and sound.

7:30 - Robotics at home, and the future of work (The AI Whisperer @ OpenGadgets)

Samuel (The AI Whisperer) will showcase various open sourced robot projects which can fold laundry, prep food, clean counter spaces and much, more! Samuel will teach how to effectively build your very own open sourced home robot. After that, we will discuss what the future of work will look like and what it means being human in the age of artificial intelligence.

8:00 - Introduction to 3D generative AI models (Sunny Atwal @ Bloom Immersive)

Learn how generative models can be used to create and animate 3D characters and objects for 3D printing and virtual reality. Review the practical applications and bottlenecks of some of these generative models. No experience necessary!

8:30 - Agentic control of ComfyUI: automating creative exploration (Purz @ Comfy.org)

Purz explores how agentic coding systems can take the wheel in ComfyUI (the industry standard interface for using AI models) — automatically exploring models, prompts, and techniques to surface what works. Learn how open source tools can be wired together with minimal friction, turning manual experimentation into automated discovery and unlocking workflows you'd never have time to find by hand.

9:00 - Q&A panel

9:20 - Mingling, networking
