Across time and culture dance has long been revered for its capacity to heal; an opportunity to commune with spirit, and strengthen community bonds.

Join us as we welcome the first light, time of reawakening, and rebirth. Jesse Hanson and Phil Jacobs will share there gifts of crystal bowls, didgeridoo, hang drum, native flutes, and shamanic vocals guiding us into sacred ceremony and celebration of the spring equinox.

It will be a evening of ritual, meditation, live and deejayed transcendent music, dance, conscious community, raw food and holistic healing. Celebrate to Elevate!

Conscious Dance Parties are drug and alcohol free events, please do not consume substances before coming to this event to honour the sacredness of the space and your dance. No talking on the dance floor. All ages and abilities welcome. No dance experience required.

His music is intended to take the listener on an inner journey of exploration and realization. "Every cell in your body will be enraptured by soothing crystal bowls, melodic flutes, resounding didgeridoo vibrations, hang drum, harmonic vocals, and an assortment of shamanic accouterments. We invite you to listen to this music in meditation, authentic movement, or any other means of connecting to yourself and God".

In addition to sound healing Jesse is the Clinical Director of Helix Healthcare Group in Toronto, Canada. The mission of the center is to bring a holistic and integrative approach to treating addiction, trauma, and general wellness. Helix Healthcare Group is the first center of its kind in Canada.
