Three all-star chefs will lead you through the Spanish influence of their cultural cuisine. The Conquistadors conquered the Filipino and Latino communities where these chefs come from, but they're now conquering new territories themselves... food territories!
Chef Ricky Caspie (Hawthorne Food & Drink) is welcoming Chef Rossy Earle and Chef Rudy Boquila into his kitchen to craft a collaborative feast, celebrating their combined heritages, and using all-Ontario ingredient list to bring this dining experience back home.
The evening will start off with an inspired cocktail reception with the Toronto Distillery Co. Then, each chef will use a local Ontario protein as the centre point for each one of their three courses, before coming together for a collaborative dessert. The dinner portion will also be paired with one of our fabulous Ontario wineries.
