CENTITALIA! The Extraordinary Italian Taste arrives at Centennial College

Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario (ICCO) and Centennial College are proud to present CENTITALIA: Gusto Cultura from November 14 – 18. This week-long event aims to educate Torontonians about the unique qualities and characteristics of authentic Italian food, including DOP/IGP and other protected designations. This can’t miss event is an opportunity for foodies to mix with prominent chefs, food and wine experts, restaurateurs, influencers, and educators, celebrating the charm and simplicity of the Italian way of living.

Rob Gentile kicks off the main event – the Italian Food Symposium – which includes a panel discussion, keynote speakers, and food workshops. Prominent chefs from Italy – Chef Ugo Mura, Chef Valentino Cassanelli, Chef Paolo Cacciani, and Chef Filippo Saporito – will deliver intensive Master Classes, lectures, and food demonstrations. The week concludes with ICCO’s Pentola d’Oro gala evening, an annual event for the food industry, to be held at the Carlu in Toronto.
