Caring for the Caregiver: Reclaiming Your Inner Joy with Self-Care Strategies & Principals for Caregiver Well-Bing

Come and learn about factors that can increase one's risk of experiencing caregiver distress/burnout.You will be introduced to the principals of laughter yoga to reclaim your inner joy. Refreshments and a light lunch will be served.
