Join our very own head of brewing operations, Mike Lackey for a morning of breakfast, pints, and a behind-the-scenes brewery tour as part of GLB Beer Week.

You’ll get a peek at what happens behind the tanks, hear from the people who make the beer and, naturally, have a beer while you’re at it.

BBQ BREAKFAST SANDWICH

Smoked brisket, smoked cheddar scrambled eggs, house slaw and pickled jalapeño on a toasted brioche bun. Served with smoked tallow-toasted hash browns.

VEGETARIAN - SMOKED CHEDDAR SCRAMBLE SANDWICH

Smoked cheddar scrambled eggs, roasted red pepper, house slaw and M sauce on a toasted brioche bun. Served with hash browns.

VEGAN - SMOKED SAUSAGE SANDWICH

Plant-based smoked sausage, pickled jalapeño, roasted red peppers and hot sauce on a toasted bun. Served with hash browns.

All sandwiches come with house BBQ sauce, Dijonaise, hot sauce, maple syrup, pickles and condiments on the side.
