Block Printing on Fabric: Tote Bag Workshop
t's springtime and that means it's market season! Design your own tote bag to use for all the essentials this year.
Overview
Learn the fundamentals of block printing on fabric in this hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop. Artist, Sarah Aranha, will share her inspiration and demonstrate the essential techniques before guiding you step-by-step through the full process.
Participants will design and carve their own linoleum block, learn how to properly set up a printing area, and print their design onto a fabric tote bag. You’ll leave with a finished tote bag and your carved block, giving you the tools and confidence to continue experimenting at home.
No prior experience required. All materials provided.
