Black Canadian Women Awards

The Black Canadian Women Awards is considered an upgrade of the Black Canadian awards, a genuine opportunity for our entire community to celebrate women accomplishments.

A rare opportunity to have our men, women, young, seniors and institutions to come together to celebrate and give tribute to our lifelong journey.

Some highlights of this event include: Induction of the Role Models, Black Canadian Queen and launching of the Black Women Honors and Empowerment Program.

There will also be a live performance by Jay Harmony.

The annual induction of 100 Role Models will take place at this year Black Canadian Women Awards. Since 2013, we have showcased and celebrated Role Models and Achievers within our community. Each achiever will be placed on the prestigious " National Wall of Role Models"

The Black Canadian Queens are women ambassadors uniquely chosen and crowned to a specific city or region with the mandate to execute a few progressive tasks while contributing positively to their communities. This initiative is designed to build confidence, ambition and poise in women. Each candidate is engaged in a few task oriented activities held to showcase black women from a position of power, integrity and honor. Absolutely, this is not a pageant show, its focus is more on skills, strengths and abilities of young women.

The Black Women Honors and Empowerment is a global initiative to celebrate, unite and empower women. An opportunity to celebrate our stories, journey and future. Through our local activities, we hope to execute over 100 charitable endeavors yearly in Africa, the Caribbean, North America, Europe and the entire world. With over 30 chapters, we are actively building our communities and work to promote more women into politics, business & leadership.
