Oldowan Co. and Legacy Cave will introduce Between Suns, a new Black-led cultural platform centring fashion, music, entrepreneurship and diasporic storytelling.

The inaugural concept launch will bring Toronto artists, designers, musicians, entrepreneurs and community members together for an immersive fashion and music showcase, a curated Black-owned marketplace and the first public introduction of Between Suns’ proposed citywide, all-night cultural experience for 2027.

At the centre of the evening is Oldowan Co. Presents The Blueprint: Dawn / Noon / Dusk — FW26, an original three-act runway production exploring what people wear while building a legacy.

Dawn represents preparation and possibility. Noon reflects visibility, community and the work required to bring an idea to life. Dusk represents transformation, arrival and what remains after the work is done.

The presentation will feature an all-Black cast of women and gender-nonconforming models, intentionally creating space for Black queer and gender-expansive creatives.

Through a collaboration between The Listening Den and Pretty Girls Sing, six original songs written by Dahlia Fernandes will be brought to life through live musical performances. Fashion, music, movement and storytelling will unfold as one continuous experience, culminating in the introduction of custom Legacy Robes created for the performing artists.
