Beach Studio Tour – Fall 2015

Toronto’s Beach Studio Tour

Friday October 23rd, 6pm to 9pm

Saturday October 24th, 10am to 6pm

Sunday October 25th, 11am to 6pm

You are invited into the homes and studios of local artists for the 22nd Annual Fall Beach Studio Tour. Enjoy a self-guided tour in Toronto's Beach neighbourhood, where you will find an environment rich with creative talent. The Tour showcases paintings, photography, printmaking, hand-woven fashion, glass art, ceramics and jewelry of 22 artists in 13 locations.

Participating artists will be on-site all weekend long to chat about their work. Visiting and meeting these talented individuals will enrich the joy of owning their work for years to come. This year's artists include: Marie Armstrong, Elizabeth Berry, Heidi Burkhardt, Shelley Cinnamon, Katherine Crichton, Lucille Crighton, John Dowding, Sandra Greenwood, Ruth Elizabeth Hayes, Leslie Howchin, Berna Kilic, Louisa LaBarbera, Roderik Mayne, Zsuzsa Monostory, Teresa Miller, Michaela Nessim, Nancy Newman, Bev Quinn, Barb Ringer, Dianne Shelton, Nathalie Vachon and Noriko Yamamoto.

At every studio location you will find refreshments and a passport to enter a draw to win a gift certificate towards an original piece of art made by one of our participating artists. Admission is free.

So grab a map, grab a friend, enjoy a fall walk and get ready to embark on a charming tour of the Beach. This is a wonderful opportunity to find a one of a kind gift, to get a jumpstart on holiday shopping, stumble upon a statement piece for your home or pamper yourself…

To find us on October 23rd – 25th, look for the yellow signs and bicycles and balloons. Brochures are available at shops in the Beach and surrounding neighbourhoods or at each of the 13 studio locations. Visit our website at www.beachstudiotour.ca for more information or a printable map.

Happy touring! We look forward to seeing you!
