And our headliner this month is Jennifer Hsiung, a Toronto-based stand-up comedian and broadcast journalist, best known as co-anchor of CP24 Breakfast, Toronto’s most-watched morning news show. Before returning to Canada, Jennifer spent more than a decade in Beijing as an anchor and reporter with CGTN covering major international events.

Off the news desk, Jennifer brings her quick wit and global perspective to the comedy stage. She has appeared on Comedy Central’s Stand-Up Asia!, was a finalist in the Hong Kong International Comedy Competition, and won the iHeart Comedy Award for Best Newcomer Comic in Toronto. Her comedy blends newsroom insight with hilarious observations about culture, parenting, and modern life.
