Artist's Talk: Hobbes Ginsberg

Join New York-based photographer and filmmaker Hobbes Ginsberg for a conversation exploring contemporary photography, portraiture, and the subversive potential of the selfie.

Hobbes Ginsberg is a lesbian photographer and filmmaker based in New York city making vulnerable, hyper-saturated work about the evolution of self. Once called a "shabby, self-taught formalist", Hobbes’s photos are candid, mythical, and ask important questions: “who am i? why am i here? do u love me bb?”

Free admission. Tickets can be booked online through the AGO's event page.
