Learning how to sketch with watercolour helps you to see the world through the artist’s eyes, to stop for a moment, and see the beauty in all that surrounds us. In this workshop, you will explore the joy and challenge of transparent watercolor technique while painting urban and rural motifs.

You will learn how to plan, edit and simplify composition of the subject, and learn layering colours and use the “accidents” as a happy discovery.

You will explore a variety of techniques building transparent layers and textures to create a mood and build an atmosphere in a painting. Then pen and ink will be added to the painting as a finishing touch.
