Are you WILD about wild blueberries?

What: Join us at Evergreen Brick Works on Sunday August 19 to celebrate this delicious super berry indigenous to North America. Learn, taste, eat and shop from more than 20 food producers, preservers, bakers, and chefs, all featuring wild blueberry products and dishes.

Where: Evergreen Brick Works, 550 Bayview Avenue, Toronto.

Limited parking onsite. Take public transit seven days a week on bus 28 Bayview South from Davisville subway station.

When: Sunday August 19, 2018 at the Sunday Market 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Why: Sample delectable wild beverages and snacks at the Sunday food court. Gain valuable insights into the nutritional benefits of wild blueberries. Join celebrity chef and TV personality, Christine Tizzard for a wild blueberry culinary demo from her cookbook, Honest to Goodness: Recipes for the Everyday Home Cook.

Engage with wild local chefs and watch vendor demos in the market to discover innovative ways to enjoy this year-round, fresh or frozen fruit. Enjoy children’s wild blueberry cooking activities and arts and crafts in the Children’s Garden. Walk, hike, bike or take public transit to Wild Blueberry Festival and win a wild blueberry gift!
