An Art Therapy Wellness Workshop

Art Therapy Wellness Workshop

Make time for yourself and immerse yourself in a creative journey of self-discovery at our Art Therapy Wellness Workshop. This group session is designed to help relieve stress, build confidence, and express yourself through guided art therapy activities. No artistic experience is needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore your emotions through creativity. In art therapy, it’s not about the end result of your artwork because the true value lies in the process of creation. It’s about expressing emotions, exploring thoughts, and connecting with yourself in a meaningful way. The act of making art—whether through painting, drawing, or any other medium—allows you to release what’s inside, often revealing feelings and insights that words alone can’t capture. There is no right or wrong, no judgment—only the freedom to create and heal through self-expression. You also don't have to talk unless you want to.

Led by Certified Art Therapy Practitioner Natasha Aird, this session offers a safe and supportive space to engage in meaningful art exercises that promote relaxation and personal growth. Explore different mediums and rejoice in expressive arts. Art therapy is a powerful tool for self-expression and healing, serving as a complementary practice to traditional therapy.

All supplies are provided, and light snacks and refreshments will be available.

Must be 18+ to participate in this session.

Disclaimer: This workshop is facilitated by a Certified Art Therapy Practitioner but does not replace professional mental health services. The instructor is not a registered mental health worker, and art therapy is intended as a complementary wellness practice.
