Aburi TORA just dropped three new Oshi sushi features at Yorkdale

Sushi lovers, this one is for you. Aburi TORA at Yorkdale has launched three new Oshi features by Head Chef Young Son, available from October 1 to December 31, 2025. Known for its signature flame-seared Aburi technique, TORA’s latest creations are all about bold flavour, refined craftsmanship, and that perfect balance of warmth and texture. You can try out these new features at Aburi TORA at Yorkdale during the restaurants opening hours.

Guests can now try the Spicy Salmon Oshi ($4.75) with sockeye salmon, spicy miso sauce, crispy onion, and dried parsley, the Spicy Tuna Oshi ($4.75) with pickled pepper and green onion, and the Maguro Oshi ($7.50) made with rich toro and Miku sauce. Each piece highlights the signature Aburi method that caramelizes the fish’s natural oils, bringing out deep umami and melt-in-your-mouth perfection.

Located inside Yorkdale Shopping Centre, TORA blends elevated craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology, giving guests an interactive dining experience that fuses modern innovation with timeless Japanese artistry.
