Learn to marble! We will explore different marbling techniques using silhouettes a vibrant colours and patterning techniques.

Marbling is the art of printing multi-colored swirled or stone-like patterns on paper or fabric. The patterns are formed by first floating the colors on the surface of a liquid (or sometimes shaving cream) and then laying the paper or fabric onto the colors to absorb them.

Participants will develop their artwork on two mini 8×10 canvases.

No experience necessary. Participants will be guided step-by-step.

*Please note: some of the marbling paints used do give off a strong smell.
