A Special Screening of Honey Bee In Support of Survivors of Human Sex Trafficking

On Thursday, October 10, Hotel X Toronto (111 Princes’ Blvd.) will host a special screening of Honey Bee, a feature film that depicts one woman’s harrowing experience as a victim of human sex trafficking in Ontario, to raise awareness of human sex trafficking and funds for human sex trafficking survivors.

The fundraiser will begin at 5:30 pm where guests will enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by the film screening in Hotel X Toronto’s 250-seat cinema at 6:30 pm.

Following the film, an informative panel discussion and Q&A will take place with a survivor of human sex trafficking, a trained law enforcement officer in the Human Trafficking Unit and Honey Bee’s filmmakers.

Tickets are $45 and can be purchased via the link. All proceeds from this screening will be donated to Timea’s Market, an organization that provides employment for survivors of sex trafficking.
