On July 25th, come together in community to elevate our vibes in resonance with love, peace and harmony through a sacred journey through music and sound with this month’s special guest, traditional Andean musician, Ernesto Cardenas.

6:00–6:30 – Community connection activity & ice breaker

• We warmly welcome everyone to join us in opening the evening with our group activity, facilitated by our team, featuring thoughtful and reflective questions and interactions to spark connection and bring us into the space of community.

6:30–7:00 – Love Peace Harmony Song Circle, ft. Monjyoti Bhattacharyya

• Love Peace Harmony volunteer and prolific global musician Monjyoti Bhattacharyya will lead us into the evening through a heart opening and soul-searching performance of our uplifting Love Peace Harmony song in multiple languages. Then, Monjyoti will invite us to join in for a truly elevating experience, connecting to the universal messages of love, peace, and harmony, singing all together with one voice and one heart, this unifying global anthem for world peace, and inner peace.

7:00–8:00 – Sacred sound journey through traditional Andean music by candlelight, ft. Ernesto Cardenas

• Traditional Andean musician Ernesto Cardenas takes us on a soulful inner journey guided by traditional Andean sounds and rhythms. Our journey starts off focused inward, in a gentle, relaxing and reflective state, guided through this meditative experience by traditional flutes, accompanied by the ambience of rain and river sounds, all while immersed in the atmosphere of candlelight. Then, our attention is drawn back outward, to connect with the music and each other as the tempo gradually picks up, with exciting Andean rhythms and upbeat songs encouraging participants to express themselves and join in through dance and movement in community celebration.

8:00–9:00 – Community connection hour

• We warmly welcome everyone to connect in community and enjoy tea and refreshments after the main session.

What to bring?

• Each in-person ticket includes a reserved yoga mat, bolster, light blanket and eye mask supplied for your use for the duration of the event. We welcome you to also bring a water bottle or anything additional, as needed. Filtered tap water is provided on-site.

• We kindly ask that you arrive a little earlier to allow time for check-in and to settle in before we start.

• As a scent-free facility, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or any scented products during your visit.

• Please bring a pair of indoor shoes.

• Parking is available at the back of the building, out of consideration for our neighbours.

• Please note, if you are joining by webcast, the webcast portion of the event will take place between 6:00–8:00 PM Eastern Time, for the community connection activity, Love Peace Harmony song circle, and the sacred sound journey through traditional Andean music with Ernesto Cardenas. The community connection hour afterwards from 8:00-9:00 is in-person only.

What is the Love Peace Harmony Field?

Meet our special guests:

Ernesto Cardenas

Ernesto has been performing native Peruvian flute music for over 40 years.

Over the course of his career, he has performed throughout Europe, including in Belgium, France, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and Holland.

Locally, here in Toronto, Ernesto has notably performed the Misa Criolla by Argentinean composer Ariel Ramirez at Koerner Hall, as well as in the Toronto Consort’s Navidad, which included the Codex Trujillo del Perú. Ernesto also performed as part of the Toronto Consort’s Encircling the World series, a project of multiple concerts with a changing focus on various families of instruments, designed to illuminate and share our common musical experiences. Ernesto is also a singer and lead tenor with the Toronto Choral Society, and performs with the Jubilate Singers choir.

Monjyoti Bhattacharyya

Monjyoti is a songwriter, vocalist, guitarist, and music trainer who has performed at over 500 shows since 2013 across 9 countries, including rock shows in the Hard Rock Cafe Bengaluru, Hard Rock Cafe Pune, Hard Rock Cafe Hyderabad, and the Delancey in New York. The genres he has performed include experimental/progressive/psychedelic rock, pop rock, and grunge rock. He founded the musical growth platform ‘Mysticjolt’ in Bengaluru, India from 2014 to 2018: https://www.facebook.com/mysticjolt

Monjyoti is also a podcast host of a global top 5% motivational podcast 10,000 Foot View, with over 80 episodes. He is also the author of the self-help/philosophy book A Relentless Pursuit of the Truth. Notably, he also holds several world records, including world records India for his music profile hitting Global Rank 1 in the music platform Reverberation in the experimental music genre for 6 weeks in 2018, as well as Asia Book Of Records, in the fitness category for maximum number of diamond pushups in a minute (78). Monjyoti became a Love Peace Harmony volunteer in 2014, and was actively involved in Love Peace Harmony volunteer events in the city of Bengaluru, India. In his own words: “Through singing the Love Peace Harmony Song and using these practices, my life has transformed in a massive way over the years and has never been the same.”

Alexia Cito

Alexia Cito is the Executive Director of the Love Peace Harmony Foundation, a global nonprofit founded by Dr. and Master Sha—a world-renowned healer, humanitarian, Tao Grandmaster, and author of over 30 books, including 11 New York Times bestsellers. As one of his leading teachers, Alexia is committed to sharing his wisdom and practices to help others heal, grow, and find inner peace. With a background in media and the arts, Alexia earned her degree from the University of Western Ontario in Media, Information, and Technoculture, specializing in creative writing. She began her career in television production, working with major networks like Bravo, CBC, HGTV, and Food Network. A turning point came in 2016 during travels to India and beyond, where witnessing global suffering sparked a deep awakening. Inspired by the Love Peace Harmony Song and her lifelong dream of contributing to world peace, Alexia shifted her path toward humanitarian service. Since then, she has led projects across countries including United States, Canada, Nepal, India, Ecuador, and beyond focusing on children, families, and communities in need. Raised in Scarborough, Ontario, Alexia continues to serve both locally and globally, working to create a world rooted in love, peace, and harmony.
