Lílo Superfood Company partners with Save Our Scruff to launch its revolutionary grab-and-go açaí bowl by hosting a rescue puppy hangout at Lululemon.

On Saturday, March 18th, Torontonians can join us at 'The Hustle Room' in Lululemon's concept store on Queen Street to meet puppies that are up for adoption through Save Our Scruff, a non-profit organization dedicated to finding loving homes for rescue dogs.

This drop-in event, running from 12-6pm, will not only involve adorable puppies but also sampling of Lílo's new grab-and-go acai bowl, a puppy photo booth, fitness classes taught by Lílo Ambassadors, a DJ, and much more.

'Love in. Love out.' is the brand's mantra but also the inspiration for the 'Lílo' name. It is this principle that guides Lílo in developing healthy, innovative foods to inspire the body and mind.

"We wanted to launch the brand in a way that demonstrates to Torontonians what Lílo is all about – the idea that the more love you put into something, the more love it gives back – and nothing embodies that mantra more than puppies do, they're basically Lílo's spirit animal" said Bob den Oudsten, Founder of Lílo Superfood Company.

"This açaí bowl was developed to be the 'love' that your body needs and craves" said the founder. Lílo's Açaí + Blueberry Bowl has a similar nutrition profile to plain Greek yogurt, with added protein and significantly lower sugar content than most blended açaí bowls. It will be available at select Toronto freshii locations following the launch event.

A Day of Puppies will be held in the Lululemon concept space located at 318 Queen St. W, Toronto, ON M5V 2A5.
