A Collage Workshop with Japanese Papers

✂️ Cut, paste and colour with one-of-a-kind Japanese papers ✂️

Join us for an informative and inspiring collage workshop that breaks the rules and invites experimentation.

In this three-hour workshop, internationally exhibited artist Loree Ovens will introduce you to the art of paper collage, exploring everything from the fundamentals to creative possibilities. Discover the answers to essential questions, such as which glue or paste works best for your project and why.

Working with Japanese papers, paint, pencil crayons, and a variety of mixed media, we’ll explore new ways to transform old sketchbooks and breathe fresh life into existing works on paper.

Bring an old sketchbook or previously created works on paper that you’re happy to alter, and get ready for a collaborative burst of creativity!
