70th Anniversary World War II Victory Day Ceremony
You are invited to help us pay tribute to World War II veterans and commemorate the 70th anniversary of the 1945 defeat of Nazi Germany. We are holding a ceremony in Nathan Phillips Square outside City Hall on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 12:30pm. We will be joined by World War II Veterans, elected officials and representatives from the Allied countries as we honour the sacrifices and courage that ensured our freedom.
