2020 Vision Sound Bath

Deemed one of Toronto's "most diverse soundscape groups", journey with certified sound therapy practitioners Melody Alderton-Ballik, Rufus Glassco, Nicole Manes and Laura Notton as they create an original soundscape that will encourage you to get still and envision your path for the year ahead.

There is no right or wrong way to receive a soundbath. All we ask is that you bring a yoga mat if you have one and bring anything that will help you be comfortable in a lying or seated position for approximately one hour (e.g., blanket, pillow, layered clothing). During a sound bath, some people may experience emotions, physical sensations, visions or may fall asleep. All of this is normal and the sound healing practitioners will be available afterwards to provide support as needed and answer any questions.
