We are the 15 to 10 International Film Festival. Our mission: disrupt the media industry, legitimize the vertical format, and celebrate the work of online creators.

Dedicated to showcasing innovative short-form video content from online platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, our festival highlights exciting new works from online creators pioneering this new medium of artistic expression… the short-form video. We have a diverse program, screening the work of artists from all over the world.

We will be screening our 2023 and 2024 festival programs as a preview for our third annual event coming up in September.
