Have you ever found yourself scrolling through social media and lamenting the opulent parties — replete with bounties of photo-worthy food and never-ending cocktails — that the influencers you follow are always attending?
Every now and then, I, far from an influencer but someone who makes a living somewhere around the fuzzy margins of the industry, get the chance to attend such events, and, in the summer of 2025, by far the most buzzed-about was the opening of Queens Harbour.
The opulent, expansive waterfront space was packed with the who's who of food-centric cyberspace, congregating around bars, chef stations and passed canapes. Glitz, glamour and a major caviar coma at the end of the night.
Sounds like a dream, right? Well, you could soon have your chance to experience it for yourself with the launch of Queens Harbour's new all-inclusive event series, Deep Sea.
The event series, which launches with its first installment on Thursday, July 9, invites anyone (regardless of their following size) to tuck into unlimited food and drinks for an opulent evening at Queens Harbour. Dress code? Fu*k You.
I'm not kidding, that's actually the dress code.
At the event, you'll be able to explore a slew of chef-driven food stations, from live yakitori to caviar service and passed canapes, alongside boozey beverages from the Moet Lounge or the venue's numerous bars.
Keeping the vibes alive all night will be U.K.-based DJ HotLap and Miami's DJ Amal Nemer, with additional surprise live performances and DJs to be revealed throughout the night. If there's one thing my night at Queens Harbour taught me to expect, it's the unexpected.
Unfortunately, you won't get the benefit of the influencer discount (read: free) for your turn at Deep Sea, and access to unlimited cocktails and MediterrAsian bites comes at a pretty penny: a single ticket, available through Eventbrite, is priced at $200 or $250, depending on how early you scoop yours up.
But hey, unlimited caviar.
