What's a long-standing restaurant's secret to success? This is the question the new film The Missing Ingredient tries to answer. On July 15, Toronto-based filmmaker Michael Sparaga and Blue Ice Docs will serve up his film for Canadian audiences when it starts its theatrical run at the Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema.
