There are few better ways to beat the summer heat than hitting up a local ice cream parlour which is why we challenged you this past week to share your favourite photos of ice cream in Toronto. From the many crave-worthy photos that landed in our ice cream stream we settled on the above pic from Laura Shum taken from the newly opened Bang Bang Ice Cream and Bakery on Ossington. For her efforts, Shum will collect a Pure Leaf Real Brewed Kit.
