This week on DineSafe: The Big Ragu, Pizza Pizza, St. Louis Bar & Grill, O.Noir, Sushi Club, Manila Foods

This week's DineSafe inspections didn't turn up anything too egregious in Toronto's restaurants, with nary a red card in sight. The most eyebrow-raising news is the yellow card earned by Church St. dine-in-darkness restaurant O.Noir for improper pest control ... among other things.
