This week on DineSafe doesn't quite match the abysmal disaster of last, though it did come with one health-related closure. The culprit this time was the Delancey Kosher processing plant, which was shut down for 17 total infractions that amounted to a banner of "gross unsanitary conditions." Lovely. Also on the list of DineSafe offenders this week was Ottoman restaurant in Koreatown, New York Fried Chicken on Keele, and Times Square Diner up on Wilson Heights.
